Food Pairing Notes: Our Kathleen Rose rosé is very versatile and can be enjoyed with a large variety of your favorite dishes. Although rosé in general is typically thought of as perfect for warm summer days, paired with virtually any warm-climate cuisine, ours is also an excellent choice throughout the year with lighter-red meats and fish. It goes well with Mediterranean dishes, seafood, chicken and duck, light-red meats like lamb, anything grilled, and a wide variety of desserts. Drink chilled with fruits and cheese, enjoy with salmon and charcuterie or eat with your favorite Niçoise or feta, olive, and cucumber salad.
