Food Pairing Notes: Our Nuits de Young is a unique and fuller-bodied rosé. It’s a year-round perfect partner for a large variety of your favorite dishes. It partners nicely with your typically warm summer-day cuisines and lighter-red meats, fowl, and fish, but also goes well with pork and beef. Drink chilled with fruits, cheese, and nuts; enjoy with crab, lobster, and salmon or eat with your favorite comfort foods like potatoes, pasta, and steak. We hear all the time how it is the perfect wine for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as it is not too heavy, so enjoy along with your turkey and cranberry feasts.
